Alessia Schmid is an Attorney-at-Law specializing in business law and tax with proven experience both in Switzerland and internationally. She has been supporting entrepreneurs, startups, groups of companies, family offices, and individuals for over 15 years. She offers comprehensive tax advice for individuals as well as all types of companies.

ADVICE

She also regularly advises companies on issues related to governance and the structure of their shareholding. Alessia Schmid is also sought for strategic management, annual business activity reviews, or to coordinate business or succession-related relationships within companies or families.
